EDIT : resolved: !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! - "Apparently, when they were putting everything back on, a piece of rust broke off and got lodged behind the wheel. It was a really odd noise, it wasn't a grinding noise either."

It's a 2001 Grand Prix (I'm a dummy, edited to reflect) with odd "quacking" noises from the right front tire that just had the bearings and stabilizer (sway?) bar replaced recently.
I'm not sure what the noise would be, but we're a diverse bunch here, if you do respond, be nice. GT'ers don't generally bite. I promise.

Slight correction...Appears she had a Tiburon, the car with the issues now is a 2001 Grand Prix

LOL! An excellent example of the likely culprit. Clearly it's all the ducks. And probably not the way to respond on GT. =)
Also that was remarkably quick to find a picture of a Hyundai full of ducks... I'm a little scared.

What, is that weird?

That's one vague description, so my only guess is a rubber duck. If she could give more detail, like dose it make the noise continuously, only when she hits a bump, turns a certain direction? etc...

Bad bearings or other issues can do a number on suspension components. That's where I'd look for the issue: maybe even a failing ball joint. Generally you get a rattle with a ball joint destroyed through vibration, but quacks or squeaks can be very much a symptom.
My VW ended up needing a ball-joint at 200k miles - age-related but brought on by an out-of-balance tire.
